The Columbia CT Boiler's three pass,
vertical tubeless design provides an efficient, compact heat source that, when
matched with a boiler feed unit and a blowdown separator, forms the basic
system. Add to that IRI burners, special controls and components, whatever
your specifications require, to create a fully customized system that meets
your specifications. All the elements are fully integrated and assembled
on a solid steel floor skid base.

Columbia HRT Series Boiler
- Rugged Horizontal 2-pass firetube high
pressure steam boiler built to ASME Section I specifications. Features
include: six or more square feet of heating surface per boiler HP, spacious
4" thick castable refractory combustion chamber, very large steam
volume insuring dryer steam and removable front and rear doors for ease of
inspection of the rolled and beaded boiler firetubes.
