| HWR/HWR-Q |
The HWR will start and
stop the boiler or open/close a motorized valve, to vary the
system water temperature into the buildings radiation in
accordance with outdoor temperature.
* The HWR-Q varies the system water temperature in accordance
with outdoor temperature, by controlling up to 4 boiler Stages
(4 on/off or 2 lo/hi). Additional stages can be added with an
SEQ control.
|
-
| Injectemp® |
The InjecTemp® is a
complete passive injection SYSTEM for radiant and other types
of hydronic heat. The control provides indoor/outdoor reset,
secondary pump control, and a boiler start signal. The
InjecTemp® system uses standard components, is easy to pipe,
and automatically provides comfortable levels of heat. As the
outdoor temperature drops, the InjecTemp® will activate the
heating system, and adjust the temperature of the circulating
heating water to maintain constant indoor air temperatures. |

MCA
- DIGI-SPAN®
MCF - DIGI-SPAN®
MCP - DIGI-SPAN®
|
This series of
controls senses temperature, pressure, or humidity and
provides either a Floating output (MCF), a Proportional 0 to
135 ohm output (MCP), or a Proportional 0 to 10 V or 4 to
20mA output (MCA). |

Motorized
Valves
T wo-Way (2" to 10") |
2-Way valves can
turn ON or OFF the flow of steam from the boiler or other
source into a steam distribution system. A typical example
of this type of application would be using steam to heat
radiators in a building. Another use would be modulating
the quantity of steam entering a heat exchanger. When the
load changes, the valve is signaled to change the amount
of steam entering the heat exchanger. |
-
Motorized
Valves
Three-Way (1" to 8") Three-Way Radiant
(1/2" to 2") |
3-way valves are used to mix
water to a desired temperature. The hot water from the
boiler is blended with a proportion of the cooler water
returning from the system to maintain the correct water
temperature entering the system. Note: These valves can
also be used in diverting applications. |
-
Motorized
Valves
Four-Way Radiant
(1/2" to 4") |
The Heat-timer
Radiant Valve is designed to provide superior control
and reliability. The valve is primarily designed for
use in Commercial and
Residential Hot Water Heating Systems, controlling the
temperature of a zone. |
-
| MPC/MPC-Q |
The MPC will start and
stop the boiler, or open/close a motorized valve, to
vary (cycle) the duration of steam flow into a
building's radiation in accordance with changes in
outside temperature. The colder it is outside, the
more steam that is allowed to enter the building.
* The MPC-Q varies the duration of steam flow
into the buildings radiation in accordance with
changes in outdoor temperature by controlling up to
4 boiler Stages (4 on/off or 2 lo/hi). Additional
stages can be added with an SEQ control.
|
-
| Multi-Mod |
The
MultiMOD is the perfect control whenever multiple
fully modulating stages are required for heating
or cooling. The MultiMOD can sequence up to 4
fully modulating stages for Temperature or
Pressure Applications. An Extension Module can be
added to control up to 12 stages. |
-
| Precision
Tempering Valves 1/2" to 4" |
Heat-Timer
tempering valves are designed to handle all
flows from low to peak automatically without
any extra effort. Precise water temperature
control makes it ideal for Hotels, Hospitals,
Health Care facilities, Schools, Apartment,
Office and Industrial Buildings. |
-
| RSM |
The
Heat-Timer RSM is designed to control under slab
heating systems used to melt ice or snow in
Residential applications. It can be used in
driveways, staircases, sidewalks, or other
locations, which must be kept clear on snow or
ice. The RSM will activate the slab heating
system when the outdoor temperature is low
enough that ice or snow could form. |
-
| SCP |
The
SCP is designed to be used with multiple hot
water boiler systems that require the control
of individual boiler pumps that require pump
run on. In addition, the SCP can provide an
interlock to combustion air, and/or a lead-lag
function of two primary circulator pumps. The
SCP control is designed to be used as an
interface between a boiler sequencing control
such as a Heat-Timer HWR-Q and the boiler and
pumps. The SCP panel will control up to four
boilers, four boiler secondary pumps, two
primary pumps in lead/lag mode, a combustion
air damper/fan, a combustion air damper/fan
interlock, and an alarm output. |
-
SEQ
6
SEQ 6P
SEQ 12
SEQ 24
|
The
SEQ is the perfect control whenever multiple
stages are required for heating, cooling or
humidity applications. The SEQ will
automatically activate as many stages needed
to maintain precise setpoint control using
P.I.D logic.
* The SEQ 6P provides an additional output
for each boiler pump, which can remain
active for an adjustable time delay. |
-
| SMC |
The
Heat-Timer SMC control is designed for
under slab heating systems utilized for
snow and ice melting. It can be used in
applications such as driveways, runways,
staircases, walkways, train/monorail
stations, racetracks, etc. It senses slab
temperature, the absence or presence of
precipitation, slab water supply and
return as well as boiler water return
temperature. |
-
SPC
- DIGI-SPAN®
SPC TEMP - DIGI-SPAN® |
The
SPC (set-point control) series senses
temperature, pressure or humidity and
provides a S.P.D.T (single pole, double
throw output.) It is used whenever
on/off or two-position control is
desired. |
-
| SRC |
The
SRC is an outdoor reset control for
sub-atmosphere steam systems. The SRC
will start/stop the vacuum pump and
boiler, and modulate the steam valve
to vary (cycle) the duration of seam
flow into a building's radiation in
accordance with changes in outside
temperature. |
-
TSC
- DIGI-SPAN®
TSR - DIGI-SPAN® |
This
series of controls senses
temperature, pressure, or humidity
and provides two Normally Open
outputs. These outputs can be field
configured for direct or reverse
acting control |
-
| TMC |
The
Temperature Monitoring Control (TMC)
is ideal for any application that
requires vigilant system
monitoring. |
-
|
VARIVALVE®
Radiator Air Vents
Straight/Angle
|
Adjustable
Radiator and Main Line Vent
Valves for One Pipe steam
Systems. Because Heat-timer
VARIVALVES vent so quickly, it
takes less time to fill your
system with steam. And by
adjusting the venting to balance
the system, there is no need to
raise the steam pressure to
reach under heated areas.
Shorter boiler run times and
lower pressure results in fuel
savings. A large easy to adjust
variable orifice simplifies
balancing and makes radiators
heat up fast. |
-
| VSP |
The
VSP is ideal for most radiant
or residential and light
commercial hydronic heating.
The VSP adjusts the speed of
the pump to accurately control
the amount of hot water
injected into the heating
loop. The VSP can be used as a
hot water reset or single set
point control. |
-
| ZCP |
The
ZCP is designed to work with
multi-zone hydronic heating
systems that may include
radiant and/or baseboard
and/or other types or
radiation. The panel is
pre-wired and can activate
either zone valves or zone
pumps or a combination or
both. If any zone calls, the
boiler output is activated.
The ZCP can a built in
selectable Domestic Hot
Water Priority. ZCPs can be
cascaded together to provide
as many zone outputs as are
needed. |
